Join us for a fun, sponsored walk of 3.5km (Just under 2 miles) along the sea front in Swansea Bay, finishing at the Civic Centre, Swansea. The walk will take in the stunning scenery across the bay with The Mumbles lifeboat station visible from the Walk. This promises to be a great evening out for all the family and will bring you the starting point for the Summer Sprint run taking place on Swansea Bay Beach later that evening. Along the way there will be a quiz to entertain all the family with prizes awaiting the winners at the Civic Centre. Plus that all-important hot drink and biscuit to refresh you after your efforts! You can enter as an individual or make up a team with a partner or spouse, your family or some friends. Each group will be encouraged to raise a minimum of £40 - the cost of a pair of RNLI crew wellies. Every participant will receive a lifeboat goody and there will be prizes for the highest fundraisers throughout the evening. Why not bring a picnic, watch the sunset and cheer on the RNLI runners on the beach below your finishing point. So make every step count - pull on your wellies and get walking for the Lifeboats!
